V Pay

V PAY as developed by Visa Europe and is issued by European banks. It is accepted by over 7 million merchants and at 343,000 ATMs. The chip- and PIN-based debit card offers merchants a phenomenally easy means of acceptance. There is almost zero risk of fraudulent or contentious transactions. All merchants with EMV- and PIN-enabled terminals can accept V PAY cards immediately. No technical modifications or changes are necessary.
